On 21 and 22 September, 4 International Roma Culture Festival – “ROMA WORLD 2018” took place at the VEF Culture Palace

Gypsy music makes you cry and laugh, sing and even dance with artists. The diversity of classical and popular musical instruments conjures up a unique gypsy atmosphere and gives hope for a better life!
